How we helped an HR team build its internal brand by asking 'what's in it for me?'
PayPal is a dynamic business working hard to retain its relaxed, friendly culture across an ever-expanding reach. How could we help HR team make the people strategy relevant to people in all sorts of positions and locations and in doing so build its internal brand?
We devised a simple campaign idea based on the question ‘what’s that got to do with me?’ The campaign itself started with an animated email letter, swiftly followed by a printed manifesto that set out the agenda for the year.
Having set a clear tone and style, we were able to respond quickly as new initiatives arose throughout the year. The campaign created a great buzz internally and helped the HR team gain a much increased profile.
